World Martial Arts Magazine publications will be issued bi-monthly starting in April 2008.
All Advertising is payable 30 days in advance of publication. All AD COPY and Payments must be submitted to World Martial Arts Magazine no later than 30 days before date of publication. If no ad changes are submitted before that time, previous copy will be used. Cancellations must be received in writing on or before the closing date of issue. Covers cannot be canceled.
The publishers reserve the right to reject any advertising that contains any references to pornography, sexual deviance, racial hatred, warez or politics. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising viewed as misleading, objectionable, does not meet standards or attacks competing advertisers.
Publisher assumes all ads have authorization for publication by the advertiser or agency. The agency or advertiser will indemnify and render the publisher harmless from and all suits, claims of libel, copyright, infringement, plagiarism, violation of privacy rights, and any other claims resulting from the contents of such publication.. After printing, artwork will be returned to advertiser if requested.
Agency Discount: A 10% commission for advertising agencies submitting "print-ready electronic copy" is offered. Invoices will be sent within 30 days and must be paid when received within 30 days or commission will be forfeited.
Rate Protection: Notification will be given of any rate change. All standing contracts will remain at old rates until their time of renewal. If proofs are desired on the ads produced by World Martial Arts Magazine, material must be received at least 30 days prior to our closing date. Publisher will not be liable for changes. received after 30 days before publication.
Prepayment: Prepayment is required for first time advertisers and is required by materials due date which is 30 days prior to publication date.
Errors and Omissions: Publishers will not be held responsible for errors in ad copy submitted by the Advertiser. Please ensure that ALL information submitted to the Publishers of World Martial Arts Magazine is accurate. You will be sent a copy of your ad by email to verify the information is accurate. All corrections must be submitted by NO LATER than 30 days before publication.

Words only. No border, art or logo. Rate: $.50 per word. Only words hyphenated in the dictionary count as one word. Each initial or abbreviation counts as one word.
Groups of figures such as phone number, website URL, or email address count as one. All parts of an address are counted- Rt. 1, Box 25 counts as four words.
Zip codes are NOT counted.
